Job Description
-Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the garment manufacturing factory. -Manage the entire production process, from cutting, sewing, and finishing to packing and shipment. -Supervise production lines and lead approximately 600 production employees to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets. -Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and workflow. -Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production planning and on-time delivery. -Develop and coach production supervisors and team leaders, preparing to take full responsibility as Factory --Manager after the handover period. -Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a garment/apparel manufacturing factory. -Experience in production management, factory management, or a supervisory role within a garment factory. -Strong knowledge of the entire garment manufacturing process, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. -Experience managing a large production workforce. -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Willing to work in Central Java. -Able to work independently and take responsibility for factory operations.
