<Job Responsibilities> - Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets without excuse. - Act early on risks and execute immediate recovery actions to secure results. - Treat revenue commitments as non-negotiable and drive outcomes decisively. - Develop practical, data-driven sales strategies and ensure disciplined execution. - Translate strategy into clear frontline action plans with measurable targets. - Set and monitor clear KPIs; manage performance daily, weekly, and monthly. - Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. - Reward strong performers and address underperformance with corrective action. - Maintain full visibility of pipeline health and continuously improve conversion and deal speed. - Lead key accounts and complex deals personally to secure revenue. - Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue impact. - Report sales performance, risks, and action plans clearly and transparently to management.
Job Requirement
