<Job Responsibilities> - Take full ownership and accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Operate with a target-achievement mindset at all times, tolerating no complacency toward underperformance - Identify risks to target achievement early and execute recovery actions immediately to ensure goals are met - Treat revenue commitments as non-negotiable and drive outcomes through decisive action - Develop and execute practical, data-driven sales strategies aligned with company and business objectives - Translate high-level strategies into clear, actionable plans at the frontline level - Ensure strategies are executed rigorously, not merely documented - Set clear numerical targets and performance expectations for all sales team members - Monitor progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, using data to drive coaching and improvement - Reward strong performance fairly while directly addressing underperformance through root cause analysis and corrective action - Build a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability and results - Maintain full visibility into pipeline volume, quality, and progression - Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and deal velocity - Manage sales performance scientifically through KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rate, and average deal size - Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers - Personally lead high-value or complex deals, taking direct responsibility for closing and revenue realization - Balance customer satisfaction with revenue maximization - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to maximize revenue outcomes - Provide timely, quantitative, and transparent reporting to senior management on sales performance, risks, and countermeasures
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・5+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or sales management ・Proven, repeatable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ・Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills ・A high level of ownership and accountability, with zero tolerance for missed commitments ・Experience in high-growth or high-pressure sales environments ・Experience launching new products, businesses, or markets ・Background in global or multinational organizations ・ Highly results-oriented with a strong obsession for achieving revenue goals ・Resilient and execution-focused, capable of driving outcomes under pressure ・A leader who motivates teams through clarity, accountability, and example ・A hands-on manager who can both lead and close
