Job Description
- Prepare, revise, and maintain shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with building standards and project requirements. - Develop preliminary leasing area drawings to support tenant fit-out planning and leasing activities. - Produce test-fit layouts, space planning drawings, and area calculations for prospective tenants. - Review and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with building regulations and fit-out guidelines. - Coordinate with leasing, engineering, and tenant teams regarding layout proposals, drawing submissions, and design requirements. - Organize and maintain fit-out documentation, including drawing revisions, approvals, and as-built records. - Assist in monitoring tenant fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and building requirements. - Support fit-out project administration and provide technical drafting assistance throughout the tenant fit-out process. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering - High conversational English proficiency with ability for technical reporting - At least 2 years of experience as Interior Drafter, Architectural Drafter or Fit-Out Drafter - Proficient in AutoCAD, capable of producing technical and shop drawings - Strong understanding of architectural, interior, construction, and basic M&E drawings - Attention to detail, good communication, time management, and coordination skills - Ability to work effectively under project deadlines
