Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, monitor project performance, and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
- Oversee financial closing, ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP/IFRS, and coordinate with auditors.
- Manage cash flow planning, funding, and payments to ensure project liquidity.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, implement internal controls and SOPs.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, analyze data, and communicate with partners and stakeholders.
- Deeply analyze the numbers and make sure the report is correct.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting
- Have 5 years of experience as Finance Manager in the large-scale Property Industry
- Having experience in a housing Project (landed project etc.)
- Deeply understanding about property business is important.
- Familiar with accurate
