<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as the key liaison between finance and clients, supporting quotations, negotiations, and overall business coordination.
- Provide financial input to support decision-making and operations of overseas subsidiaries.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of financial and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Manage tax compliance matters, including monitoring risks and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities.
- Supervise the management of funds and assets for subsidiaries to ensure financial security and proper controls.
- Develop and implement internal control measures to monitor key financial activities and mitigate potential risks.
- Support the planning and management of subsidiary costs and expenses to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the review and optimization of business processes within subsidiaries.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting
・Business Mandarin Proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax for corporate finance, experienced in auditing and have international financial exposure
・Good analytical thinking, hardworking, and conscientious, with a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to work independently
