Job Description
・Process and monitor vendor payment transactions accurately and on time. ・Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. ・Manage and monitor time deposit placements. ・Ensure achievement of targeted interest income from deposits. ・Analyze and optimize returns on idle cash. ・Maintain and monitor customer payments. ・Issue accurate and timely customer invoices. ・Follow up on outstanding receivables. ・Record and reconcile bank transactions in the ERP system. ・Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date. ・Prepare required documentation for internal and external audits. ・Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min Diploma degree in Accounting ・Business English proficiency ・2 years of experience as Finance Accounting Supervisor from any industry ・Experienced in using any ERP systems ・Good work ethics, strong control awareness, polite, detail-oriented, and high integrity
