Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle sales and business development activities for industrial robots, welding machines, and engineering-related products. - Communicate directly with customer-side stakeholders - Act as the main liaison between customers and internal sales/engineering teams. - Conduct on-site robot operation, welding trials, and quality checks for robotic systems and welding equipment. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including: a. Routine inspection and maintenance of robots and welding machines b. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues c. On-site repair and operation verification - Execute robot operation verification, maintenance, and repair at customer sites. - Confirm product quality, including: a. Welding quality checks b. Robot performance validation c. Repair and operation testing - Provide after-sales technical support and follow-up. - Acquire detailed product knowledge after joining the company through structured training. - Receive technical training from the beginning of employment, including: a. Electrical knowledge b. Mechanical knowledge c. Robotics and automation systems - Conduct regular customer visits and maintain long-term relationships. - Support project coordination, including communication with Japanese engineers when required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Experience as a Sales Engineer, Field Engineer, or Service Engineer, with a minimum of 1 year ・Strong base knowledge in: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Robotics / Automation equipment ・Minimum education: D3 / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred). ・Experience with welding machines, robotic systems, or industrial automation. ・Conversational English level
