Job Description
- Lead and manage on-site service projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality compliance. - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. - Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. - Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. - Manage scope changes, negotiate with clients, and identify upselling opportunities. - Serve as the main point of contact and maintain strong client relationships. - Prepare technical reports and update manuals, procedures, and service records. - Provide technical input for proposals, feasibility studies, and remote support. - Support training of junior staff and engage in continuous professional development. - Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a reputable university will be a plus point ・High conversational level of English (able to communicate with expatriate) ・Min. 5 years of proven experience in a site engineering or field service role, with a strong emphasis on leading on-site projects ・Demonstrated experience in both technical and commercial aspects of service delivery ・Experience working in thermal power plant maintenance and service maintenance business ・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project ・Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications ・ Willing to be frequently assigned to on-site projects including outside Java Island.
