Job Description
- Oversee Finance, accounting, and Tax of the company - Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Monitor updates to PSAK and implement necessary changes in financial reporting and internal processes - Lead or support the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring alignment with financial and operational requirements. -Train Finance staff on ERP usage - Coordinate with external auditors during annual and interim audits. - Prepare and review audit schedules, financial statements, and supporting documentation. - Address audit findings and implement corrective actions to strengthen internal controls. - Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities to resolve issues. - Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.). - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations - Develop and manage the company’s annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads. - Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights - Design and implement long-term financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability. - Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making - Prepare short- and long-term financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business plans. - Use forecasting tools and techniques to predict revenue, expenses, and cash flow. - Regularly update forecasts to reflect changes in business conditions. - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including credit, liquidity, market, and operational risks.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting ・Minimum of 3 years working experience as FAT manager from any manufacturing industry ・Have a strong understanding of GAAP (PSAK) ・Good understanding and strong analytical skill in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting ・Direct experience in ERP Implementation ・Hold Tax Brevet A & B
