Job Description
- Ensure manufacturing processes (planning, execution, monitoring, and improvement) align with quality management standards across related departments. - Evaluate performance and manufacturing costs and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure reduction cost and efficiency. - Ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly to support overall business continuity. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow. - Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term manufacturing strategies and improvement targets. - Ensure achievement of manufacturing targets set by management. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field from reputable university ・Business Level English ・Have 5 years of experience as factory manager in Japanese automotive or steel manufacture industry ・Understand Machining : Press, Cutting, Bending, Both side, Chamfering , etc ・Capable of collecting, organizing, and analyzing accurate data for problem-solving and decision-making. ・Able to work well within the specified time target, skilled in identifying, managing, and analyzing risks to ensure smooth operations. ・Able to speak English both spoken & written ・Proficient in using computers Ms. Office and ISO 9001:2008
