Job Description
- Lead and oversee the overall factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved - Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization - Manage and supervise production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other related factory departments - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing processes - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations (K3), and quality management systems - Monitor production costs, control budgets, and implement cost reduction initiatives - Coordinate with Sales, PPIC, Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production planning and customer delivery - Analyze production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, and factory employees to improve organizational performance - Prepare operational reports and present factory performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to management - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from Engineering major - Business level of Japanese (N2 level) and conversational level English - Minimum 5 years of experience as Production or Factory Manager in a manufacturing industry - Proven experience in overseeing factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and operational performance - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop production teams - Good knowledge of production planning, process improvement, cost control, and productivity enhancement - Able to analyze operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions - Willing to be based in Cikarang
