Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead and control entire factory operations.
- Ensure achievement of QCD targets in alignment with Japan HQ standards.
- Establish strategic direction and operational plans for factory performance improvement.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, especially rubber/hydraulic hose component production.
- Ensure stable mass production and process standardization.
- Drive Kaizen, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination initiatives.
- Ensure product quality meets Japanese customer standards and HQ requirements.
- Supervise handling of quality claims, audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead ISO and internal/external audit compliance.
- Directly manage department heads and senior supervisors.
- Strengthen management layer capability and succession planning.
- Build a performance-driven culture with strong discipline and accountability.
- Manage factory budget, operational cost control, and investment planning.
- Analyze production KPIs and initiate strategic improvement measures.
- Support long-term expansion or restructuring plans.
- Act as the main communication bridge with the Japan Headquarters.
- Prepare and deliver reports in Japanese.
- Attend management meetings with Japanese executives.
- Handle strategic discussion, escalation issues, and operational reporting directly in Japanese.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
・Minimum 10–15 years in manufacturing industry.
・Minimum 5 years in senior managerial role (Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Senior Production Manager).
・Experience in rubber, automotive parts, or industrial component manufacturing is highly preferred.
・Experience in Japanese company is strongly preferred.
・Japanese speaker (JLPT N2 minimum; N1 preferred).
・Must be able to conduct meetings, reporting, and negotiation in Japanese.
