Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor and supervise daily packing operations to ensure activities run according to production plans and schedules - Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow - Ensure all packed products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications - Supervise packing team members and provide guidance to ensure work is performed effectively - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production and packing processes - Monitor the availability and usage of packing materials and ensure proper inventory control - Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent material shortages or overstocking
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering related major ・Active conversational level of Japanese (N3 Level) ・Minimum 5 years of working experience as Factory Control Supervisor or Operational Warehouse Supervisor from the packaging service and warehousing industries ・Direct experience in implementing Total Quality Management System and Kaizen improvements related activities ・Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2015 ・Strong leadership, good communication and problem solving skill
