Job Description
- Handle and manage full cycle of export and import documentation, including shipping instruction, invoice, Bill of Lading (BL), and customs clearance process.
- Coordinate closely with third parties such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officers to ensure smooth cargo movement and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support continuous supply and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to Export-Import activities, including shipment status, cost analysis, and compliance records.
- Support purchasing activities including vendor communication, price negotiation, and timely delivery arrangement when required.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, company internal policies, and Japanese client requirements regarding trade and logistics.
- Provide timely updates and problem-solving support in case of shipment delays, documentation issues, or customs clearance problems.

Job Requirement
・Minimum 3 years of experience in EXIM & Purchasing role in a Japanese company.
・Conversational English skills for internal and external communication.
・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
