Job Description
- Provide expert guidance on customs clearance procedures, mandatory documentation, and regulatory compliance. - Conduct market research related to export–import trends, logistics opportunities, and regulatory changes. - Collect and evaluate market development data to support strategic business decisions. - Prepare proposals and quotations in accordance with client requirements and internal standards. -Communicate potential customs and trade-related risks to ensure clients fully understand compliance obligations. -Collaborate with relevant internal departments, including Operations, Production, and Logistics, to support seamless service delivery. -Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, trade policies, and import/export requirements and communicate relevant updates to internal teams and clients. -Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. -Ensure all export–import documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time (PEB/PIB, BL/AWB, COO, etc.). -Ensure proper classification of goods based on HS Codes and verify the correctness of applicable duties, tariffs, and customs taxes. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or any related major from reputable university ・Business level of English ・Min 1-2 years of experience as export import in warehousing with PPJK certificate ・Knowledge of HS Code classification, import duties, taxes (PPN/PPH), and relevant compliance requirements. ・Able to read, review, and interpret key export–import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, PEB/PIB, etc.). ・Excellent communication skills, proactive, solution oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
