Job Description
- Develop and manage distributor networks, auto-repair shops, and fleet operators to drive sales growth.
- Explore new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle purchasing activities with suppliers, including negotiation of price, quality, and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth distribution.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Support brand awareness and contribute to product development based on customer needs.

Job Requirement
・1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or purchasing in the aftermarket automotive parts industry.
・Strong expertise working with distributors and B2B sales.
・Strong knowledge of aftermarket sales strategies, competitor activities, and industry trends.
・Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure new partnerships.
・Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
・Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams and global management.
