Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (offline and digital) to achieve sales and branding objectives for a luxury residential project. - Plan, manage, and control the overall marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI. - Plan, execute, and oversee high-end promotional campaigns and luxury events in collaboration with premium brand partners. - Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, social media, website management, CRM support, and online lead generation. - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, digital metrics, and sales conversion to ensure cost effectiveness. - Oversee the creation, quality, and consistency of all marketing collaterals, content, and sales tools. - Manage agencies, consultants, and vendors (digital, creative, PR, event) to ensure alignment with brand and sales strategy. - Work closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to support sales presentations, launches, and customer engagement activities. - Ensure all marketing activities and third-party engagements comply with company policies. - Other duties related to sales and marketing that are assigned by the company.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; overseas education is an advantage. ・Business level of English ・Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury real estate, premium property development, or luxury lifestyle industries. ・Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, including: Paid advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube), Website and landing page management, and Lead generation and basic CRM coordination ・Proven track record in planning and executing high-end events and luxury brand activations. ・Experience working with agencies and managing multi-channel campaigns. ・Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and digital performance data. ・Willing to work outside office hours when required for events or launches.
