Job Description
- Prepare an accurate cost estimation, quotations, and bills of quantities for factory, apartment and other projects - Analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to calculate required materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs - Support tender preparation and participate in bid submissions for construction projects - Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements - Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to optimize costs and propose value engineering solutions - Provide cost analysis and reports to management, highlighting risks or deviations - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Having a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields - More than a conversational level of English - Over 7 years of experience as an estimator handling factories, warehouses, or apartments in the general construction - Have management experience - Strong knowledge of construction methods, material pricing, and market rates - Can use MS app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
