Job Description
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements related to accounting and finance processes - Evaluate existing business workflows and recommend ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency - Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis between current and future processes - Provide expert advice on accounting and financial business processes - Recommend system improvements based on clients' operational needs - Ensure ERP solutions comply with accounting principles and business standards - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team for system customization when necessary - Implement ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems - Develop and maintain relationships with customers - Participate in industry events and conference to promote company's product and services - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, or Mathematics - Business level of English proficiency both spoken and written - Have 3 years of experience as ERP Functional Consultant for Accounting Systems in IT Solutions company - Understanding in advanced process of accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory management in Manufacturing/ trading/ service industries - Good analytical, logical thinking, problem solving skills and managing multiple projects
