Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Configuring customized ERP solutions based on client business requirements. ・Integrating ERP with existing peripheral systems. ・Preparing and executing System Integration Tests (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT). ・Providing training and technical support to ERP end-users. ・Documenting ERP processes and preparing implementation progress updates. ・Supporting master data creation (Customer, Supplier, Product, Material). ・Assisting development teams with user requirements and system customization needs. ・Monitoring and following up on regular reports (weekly, monthly, etc.). ・Translating business documents when required. ・Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager. ・Participating in study training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of skill development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Business-level Japanese and English (Equivalent to JLPT N2~, TOEIC 800~, IELTS 7.0~) ・Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. ・2–3+ years of work experience in Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, or Production. ・Good understanding/experience in using ERP (SAP/Oracle/other ERPs). ・Strong Microsoft Office skills. ・Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
