Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct regular monitoring of environmental parameters, including air and water quality, waste, noise, odor, and other related indicators (RKL-RPL)
- Oversee the proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations
- Ensure all environmental management activities comply with company standards and government requirements
- Prepare and maintain regular environmental management reports (daily, monthly, and annual)
- Manage environmental permits, such as RKL-RPL documentation and waste management licenses
- Compile and organize materials for internal and external audits related to ISO 14001 and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement programs for emission reduction, energy conservation, resource efficiency, and waste minimization
- Create and enforce environmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct awareness campaigns, training, and socialization on environmental responsibility
- Perform regular environmental inspections to ensure compliance in all work areas
- Support internal and external audit processes related to environmental management
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to address non-compliance issues
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and institutions to stay updated on environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate eco-friendly and sustainable practices into daily operations
- Serve as the primary contact for environmental matters within the company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, public health, or other related major
・Active English skill
・Minimum 4 years of working experience as HSE in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive Manufacturing company
・Good understanding of environmental regulations (RKL-RPL, hazardous waste management/B3 and PROPER)
・Familiar and undestands ISO 14001
・Communicative, good communication skill, and able to work as a team
