<Job Responsibilities> - Operate and monitor press or stamping machines in accordance with production requirements - Perform die setup and adjustment to ensure optimal machine performance - Conduct maintenance and repair of dies and related machinery - Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems efficiently to minimize downtime - Support the production team in improving process efficiency and product quality - Read and interpret technical drawings and working drawings - Assist engineering Manager in daily engineering and production activities - Other Task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. SMK, preferably majoring in Engineering ・Active conversational level of Japanese, proficient in both written and spoken communication ・Min. 5 years of working experience as Production Engineer with direct experience as Kenshusei or Jisshusei ・Have a Min. JLPT N3 Certificate ・Detail-oriented, team player, and able to work under pressure
