Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and manage the development of new product projects related to automotive and motorcycle parts - Prepare and review technical drawings for new product designs as well as modifications to existing products - Develop product prototypes and samples in accordance with project requirements - Conduct sample trials and prepare comprehensive trial and evaluation reports - Travel for business purposes to understand and align with clients’ technical and product requirements - Perform other duties as assigned to support project and development activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Proficient in English ・Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Design Engineering Supervisor, with hands on experience in the development of automotive and motorcycle related parts ・Strong experience in leading design engineering teams, including oversight of project concepts, detailed 3D/2D design, BOM accuracy, and overall project timelines ・Detail-oriented, collaborative team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills ・Willing to do business trip
