Job Description
- Lead pre-sales activities for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and MV Drives (Medium Voltage Drives) solutions. - Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions that meet operational and business needs. - Prepare technical proposals, system designs, specifications, and cost estimations. - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers. - Collaborate closely with customers to understand technical requirements, project objectives, and application challenges. - Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal solutions based on customer requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers. - Support the Sales team throughout tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes. - Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Service teams to ensure smooth project implementation and handover. - Ensure alignment between customer expectations, technical deliverables, and project requirements. - Serve as a subject matter expert for UPS and MV Drives products and applications. - Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives. - Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and stakeholders. - Review tender documents and specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements. - Evaluate technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. - Ensure all proposals meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations. - Contribute to business strategy development, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. - Business level of English. - At least 5 years of experience in UPS, MV Drives, Power Electronics, Electrical Systems, with 3 years experience as Manager in manufacturing, data centers, infrastructure or power generation - Proven experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution for UPS and MV Drives systems. - Strong knowledge of UPS systems, MV Drives, power distribution systems, and industrial electrical equipment. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. - Understanding of industrial safety standards and HSE requirements. - Familiarity with project management principles and field service operations. - Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, project execution, and customer support activities.
