Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Developing work plans, maintenance schedules, and organizing resources for engineering activities on the farm. - Supervising the implementation of technical work and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. - Performing routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations. - Managing small-scale projects related to the development or improvement of farm infrastructure. - Preparing activity reports, conducting problem analysis, and providing technical improvement recommendations in line with continuous improvement. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering ・Min. Basic English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as Electrical and Mechanical Technician in manufacturing company, and proficient in reading wiring diagrams; knowledgeable in PLC systems, wiring, sensors, electrical panels, generators, water pumps, and plumbing ・Familiar and proficient in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and basic mechanical engineering understanding ・Good time management skills and able to multitask
