Job Description
- Partner with the sales team to provide automation-driven solutions during client engagements, focusing on PLC systems, control architecture, and electrical integration - Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate power systems, control requirements, and existing automation infrastructure, and recommend optimized conveyor and material handling control solutions using standardized and proven components - Develop preliminary electrical designs, control philosophies, PLC architectures, and technical proposals aligned with industry best practices - Manage full project lifecycle for the electrical scope, including design, costing, procurement coordination, PLC programming, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support - Act as the main PIC for all electrical and automation-related matters, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, safety, and performance standards - Develop detailed electrical engineering designs (control panels, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, PLC logic) and ensure compatibility with high-quality components such as PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control devices - Prepare accurate cost estimations for electrical systems, including panels, components, and automation scope - Perform value engineering to balance cost, system performance, reliability, and maintainability - Supervise and ensure proper electrical installation and control system integration aligned with engineering specifications - Lead PLC testing, debugging, and system commissioning, ensuring all control logic and interlocks function correctly - Provide structured after-sales and troubleshooting support for electrical and PLC systems during the warranty period
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. D3 in Electrical Engineering ・High conversational level of English, proficient in both written and spoken communication ・Min. 5+ years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems or similar industries as Electrical Engineer with direct experience handling projects from Client ・Willing to do business trip and has active driving license A
