Job Description
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of electrical system issues to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. - Design and review of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for maintenance and improvement projects. - Planning, coordination, and monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment. - Supervision of daily electrical maintenance operations to ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards. - Development and implementation of predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. - Preparation of maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation related to electrical systems and equipment. - Monitoring the performance of electrical equipment, including motors, contactors, drives, and automation systems. - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and equipment performance. - Coordination with production and other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with operational requirements. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable universities. - Conversational level of English. - Have at least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering for Analog Automation and PLC programming - Experience in reading, interpreting, and developing wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings. - Familiarity with electrical equipment such as motors, contactors, control panels, and related components. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD. - Have a good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies. - Good leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
