Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Stay updated with latest trends and marketing technology
- Collaborate with sales team and other dept to optimize work flow
- Utilize digital tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, CRM Tools, SEO Tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and Marketing Automation Platforms to track and analyze performance
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Social Ads, Programmatic)
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
- Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage and convert target audiences
- Implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Develop and manage affiliate and partnership marketing programs to expand reach and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or relevant
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 4 years of experience as Digital Marketing for B2B model, proficient in using digital tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, CRM Tools, SEO Tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and Marketing Automation Platforms
・Experienced and proficient in Paid advertising (PPC, Social Ads, Programmatic), SEO & SEM, Content Marketing Strategy, Email Marketing & Automation, Affiliate & Partnership Marketing, Data-driven decision-making A/B testing, Mastery of (19 Metrics) can show an understanding of how each metric influences funnel marketing, from awareness till loyalty
