Job Description
- Plan, manage, and optimize all dies stamping processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production of components for machinery manufacturing - Ensure proper usage and maintenance of stamping machines, dies, and related tools - Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications related to stamped parts and dies - Lead the design and development of stamping dies using tools such as AutoCAD and other CAD software - Perform and review dies calculation, part dimension calculation, material usage, and tolerances to ensure accuracy and manufacturability - Oversee tooling lifecycle management, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and die modification or replacement planning - Troubleshoot die and stamping issues and provide technical solutions - Lead and develop a team of dies stamping engineers, technicians, and operators, providing clear goals, training, and performance feedback - Foster a culture of discipline, safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the stamping division - Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and ISO or relevant quality systems - Work closely with production, R&D, procurement, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment of goals - Prepare and present regular reports on stamping performance metrics, die utilization, scrap rates, downtime, and continuous improvement activities - Maintain documentation related to tool design, maintenance records, die life tracking, and process standards
Job Requirement
・Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering related major ・High conversational level of English ・Min. 3 years of working experience as a Dies Stamping Engineering Manager in a Machinery Manufacturing company ・Able to read and draw technical drawing (Autocad) and In-depth understanding of dies design, part calculations, material behavior, and stamping processes. ・Hands-on knowledge of stamping machinery, tooling design, and metal forming techniques. ・Good leadership and communication skill
