Job Description :
- Lead company brand strategy: define brand guidelines, create a visual strategy, plan and execute media campaigns.
- Lead and accountable for design projects.
- Define and refine the end-to-end design process and iteration.
- Manage and grow a design team with constructive feedback, coaching, and setting up clear expectations to constantly strive for excellence in performance.
- Collaborate with core members of the company to understand product concepts, roadmaps, launch strategies to provide creative visions reflected in all product design and media campaigns.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Maximal 28 years old.
- Must have more than 3 years in a similar position (Design Manager/Brand Manager/Head of Design, etc).
- Extraordinary portfolio in a company or product brand strategy and real impact on the business.
- Strong aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills.
- Strives to make creative and innovative designs, and believes that design impacts the product's value.
- Highly skilled in branding, visual design, and campaign strategy.
- Proficient with design and prototyping software such as Adobe, Sketch, XD, Figma, or Framer.
- Extensive knowledge in user-experience research.
- Experienced in eCommerce or FMCG Distribution industries.
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum development.
- Must have business level of English skills

- Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies.
- Have ability to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different team members.
