Prepare for Building design 2. Conduct Presentation to the client 3. Design Consulting 4. Provide Cost Estimate 5. Coordinate site requirements with contractors/vendors/customer 6. Prepare Work schedule to suit customer requirements 7. Ensure the job is carried out within budget & schedule 9. Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction 10. Establish rapport for long term customer relationship
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years’ experience as a design engineer for mission-critical buildings such as Data Center, Server Room, etc. - Good knowledge of CAD(Computer-Aided Design), Revit, Etc. - Independent and possess initiative - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Committed and able to work under pressure - English level must be at the conversational level - Minimum education Dipolma - 25 - 35 years old
