Job Description
- Plan, manage, and control delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipment to customers. - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics providers, and internal teams to prepare delivery materials, documents, and packaging. - Monitor delivery status closely and escalate potential delays with immediate countermeasures. - Follow up delivery commitments with both customers and suppliers to ensure shipments meet required deadlines. - Handle logistics preparation for outbound and inbound goods, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting. - Evaluate delivery risks and propose improvements to enhance delivery reliability and lead-time performance. - Communicate with suppliers regarding material availability, shipment status, and delivery issues. - Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and quality requirements. - Conduct strong and consistent follow-up to avoid shortages or delays. - Conduct and track project activities related to productivity, logistics improvement, and operational efficiency. - Support kaizen initiatives and ensure improvements are documented and implemented. - Conduct Shop Floor Management activities to monitor daily performance related to production and delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation for production, delivery, logistics, and project activities. - Ensure documents meet internal standards and audit requirements. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or any related major ・Business level of English ・Have 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager and 5 years experience in Logistics control/ delivery or supply chains for first tier automotive companies ・Strong analytical and problem solving skills
