Job Description
・Handle customer service activities related to buying and selling transactions. ・Process customer orders and prepare required trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, and BL/AWB. ・Coordinate import–export shipments and support customs clearance processes. ・Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. ・Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery or documentation issues. ・Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with deadlines. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree. ・2 years of experience as Customer Service for Buying and Selling. ・Knowledge of EXIM and customs clearance (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.) ・Business English proficiency.
