Job Description
- Reception duties, incoming calls, customer's order fulfillment.
- Attend to customers’ requests, enquiry and service related matters.
- Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Support Company events and coordinate activities related to training.
- Handle feedback and complaints of customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree.
・1 year of experience as Customer Service.
・Business English and Conversational Mandarin proficiency.
・Must be comfortable with front desk job dealing with repeated or new distributors.
・Good in communication, positive, meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task.
・Well versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
・Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required.
