Job Description
- Process daily customer orders and ensure order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements are accurate. - Coordinate local and overseas shipment arrangements, including sea and air shipments. - Follow up independently with suppliers, customers, forwarders, and internal departments on order status, shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and pending matters. - Monitor inventory updates and maintain accurate records in the company system. - Prepare, check, and follow up on shipping, costing, and trade-related documents. - Coordinate among sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, finance, and other relevant departments to resolve order, shipment, or documentation issues. - Track outstanding tasks closely and ensure follow-up actions are completed within the required timeline. - Assist in checking payment, shipment, and order-related status when required. - Maintain proper records of orders, shipments, documents, and pending follow-up matters. - Carry out other administrative or operational duties assigned by the company. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any major - Business level English - Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Logistics role in FMCG industry - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately - Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners - Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Available to join as soon as possible
