Job Description
♦ Be part of the consulting team and deliver projects that enhance clients’ customer relationship management strategy, helping them build stronger customer engagement and drive business growth. ♦ Support the team leader in sales activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations for CRM-related projects. ♦ Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client’s sales, marketing, and customer service processes to identify areas for improvement. ♦ Develop innovative ideas and insights to help clients design their future CRM strategy and digital customer experience roadmap. ♦ Support CRM system implementation and configuration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with client’s business goals. ♦ Collaborate with clients from diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, and technology to deliver customized CRM solutions. ♦ Work closely with internal and client-side teams to ensure successful project delivery, user training, and post-implementation support. ♦ Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. *Preferably from a top-tier university - Business level in English - Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant or pre-sales specialist for Salesforce serving enterprise clients. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Solid understanding of CRM concepts and business processes. - Good research and analytical skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
