Job Description
- Help with check-in and check-out procedures for customers
- Act as a liaison between customer service and other departments
- Respond to customer questions and requests
- Handle complaints and resolve issues from customers
- Provide information about apartment facilities and public places in the city
- Relay customer feedback to building management to enhance apartment services and overall customer satisfaction
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field; open to fresh graduates
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3) or above
- At least 2 years of experience in Hospitality industry (including freelance or part-time experience)
- Effective communication in Japanese and comfortable interacting directly with Japanese
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays in Cikarang
