Job Description
- Lead the transition from KITE facilities to the new customs procedures, providing guidance during the transition period - Conduct a thorough assessment of current customs processes to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with Sales, PPIC, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of customs procedures across the organization - Monitor implementation progress, address challenges, and adjust processes as needed to ensure efficiency and compliance - Ensure the new customs procedures are documented, communicated, and understood by others
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Law, Supply Chain, or other related field ・Active conversational level of English ・Experience with customs procedures, import/export regulations, or GA/Legal operations ・Experience in procurement or cross-functional project implementation ・Knowledge of KITE facilities procedures and customs system transitions. ・Willing to work in Semarang
