Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle manufacturing cost calculation and inventory costing. - Review and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure cost accuracy. - Monitor inventory valuation and support stock-taking activities. - Prepare periodic cost reports and cost analysis for management. - Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and related departments regarding cost matters. - Support costing process improvement and supervise junior staff (if any). - Able to communicate and perform cost discussion at genba. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. ・Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting as leader/SPV within a manufacturing company. ・Strong understanding of manufacturing cost calculation and inventory costing. ・Conversational level English (able to communicate in meetings and reporting). ・Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ・Experience handling inventory control and valuation. ・Experience updating or managing BOM data. ・Experience in stock-taking coordination. ・Familiar with manufacturing systems or ERP environment.
