Job Description
- Conduct monthly stock opname, coordinate inventory verification, and reconcile physical stock with the system. - Prepare monthly Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations, including cost analysis and coordination with related departments. - Prepare and post monthly costing journal entries and support month-end closing activities. - Handle insurance administration, including policy coordination, claim preparation, and supporting documentation. - Process reimbursement and settlement journal entries accurately and on time. - Prepare and submit quarterly BKPM (SIINAS) reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Prepare costing and accounting data for internal and external audit activities. - Participate in operational costing reviews and provide cost analysis to support management decision-making. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 4 years in Cost Accounting in Manufacture company, experienced in COGM & COGS calculation, bank transactions, budgeting, financial statements, balance sheet, tax, Bill of Materials (BOM), BKPM (SIINAS) reporting - Experienced in inventory control, stock opname, journal entries, general ledger, AR & AP, cash and transfer pricing documentation, and preparing regulatory reports and supporting internal or external audit processes - Detail-oriented and meticulous, Proactive, Good communication skill
