Job Description
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and production expenses - Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure proper allocation of costs across products, departments, and projects - Prepare and analyze cost reports, variance analysis, and monthly cost-related financial reports - Monitor inventory valuation, production costs, and cost movements to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities by providing accurate cost data and financial analysis - Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely cost information - Ensure cost accounting processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational English proficiency - At least 2 years of experience as Cost Accounting Staff from any Manufacturing - Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, proactive, responsible, and able to work accurately under pressure
