Job Description
-Executive assistant duties for the President (schedule management, meeting coordination, etc.) -Support for business travelers (hotel arrangements, transportation arrangements, visa support, etc.) -Handling procedures for obtaining and renewing work visas for expatriates -Payroll settlement–related tasks with the Japan headquarters (bank transfers, coordination with the HQ HR department, etc.) -Acting as a bridge between Japanese staff and Indonesian staff -Coordination with various departments of group companies -Other related administrative duties
Job Requirement
・Have Business level Japanese (above N2 no need certification) ・Have conversational English ・Have working experience as a secretary in a Japanese company more than 5years (any industry ok)
