Job Description
- Provide accurate instructions to subordinates, report/contact/consult with them. - Provide education/guidance to staff as necessary. - Liaise with the P&D, QS division and JV partners to ensure smooth construction. - Check daily operations and prepare and check documents such as monthly reports and BOD meeting reports. - Check quality control based on company standards and work with subordinates and contractors to improve and enhance construction quality. - Identify problems with drawings early and discuss and resolve them with the P&D division. - Understand the overall schedule and, if any delays or other issues occur, immediately coordinate with the contractor and take corrective action. - Report and communicate all details to the PM. - Report any problems early and work together with the PM to find solutions. - Ensure 5S(Sort(Seiri), Set in Order(Seiton), Shine(Seisou), Standardize(Seiketsu) & Sustain(Sitsuke)) for all project
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree - Over 20 years of experience in construction work, at least 10years for construction management <Site manager or Construction Manager> of the housing residential construction project - English (Business level) - Have skills in MS Office and Auto CAD - Can go on business trip (domestic) - Preferrable experience at a Japanese company
