Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle construction management tasks related to housing development projects - Coordinate and attend meetings with related internal departments and partner companies - Support and guide local staff, and control work progress with external partners - Report project progress during weekly progress meetings - Respond to client inquiries regarding site progress and issues - Support Japanese staff in site operations and daily coordination - Perform other related tasks as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Experience in construction or site management ・Experience in overseas or multinational construction projects ・English communication ability ・Willing to work hands-on at project sites ・Strong motivation to learn and improve, even with limited experience
