Job Description
- Handling and supervising the implementation of Company's Payroll process
- Ensure that the payroll tax reporting data is appropriate
- Updating actual payroll data for both store and HQ
- Ensure employee data accuracy with BPJS KS, TK, and Medical Insurance
- Perform monthly annual tax calculations and ensure timely payments
- Ensure that compensation and benefit rules are in line with government regulation
- Creating and mantaining budget forecast related to Comben
- Doing administrative work due to compensation and benefit based on Company Regulation
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Law, Management, Information System, or similar
・Conversational level of English
・3–5+ years in payroll/comp & benefits, with end-to-end payroll handling including PPh 21 and BPJS, minimum wage rules, and payroll reporting
・Advanced Excel, HRIS/payroll system proficiency (preferably Talenta)
・Deep knowledge in payroll regulations, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, minumum wage laws, and legal reporting obligations.
・Compensation structure & benefit design
・Familiarity with mandatory digital reporting via BPJS and Indonesia's tax platforms.
・High analytical skills (Excel, HR metrics, salary survey)
