Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage employee attendance and payroll systems.
- Administer employee remuneration programs.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees to improve productivity.
- Participate in industrial relations activities.
- Implement and maintain management systems (QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001, and SMK3).
- Support the employee performance appraisal process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting
・Min. High Conversational English proficiency (to communicate to expatriates)
・Min. 3 years as HR handling payroll in manufacture company, remuneration system (including BPJS and private insurance)
・Detail oriented, has integrity, good communication, hard working, adaptable, and good multitasking skill
