Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Operate and monitor CNC machines in accordance with production schedules and technical specifications - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately - Set up, adjust, and change tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters prior to production runs - Perform routine quality checks on output to ensure dimensions and finish meet required standards - Conduct basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance - Identify and report machine malfunctions, abnormalities, or production defects to the supervisor promptly - Maintain accurate production records and logbooks - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering or other related field ・Conversational level of Japanese Proficiency ・Min 1 - 2 years of working experience operating CNC machines with prior experience as Kenshusei or Jisshusei in Japan ・Able to read technical drawing ・Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
