Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Operate cutting machines (laser cutting, plasma cutting, guillotine, or similar) according to production requirements - Set up and configure machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and cutting depth based on material type and specifications - Read and follow work orders, technical drawings, and cutting patterns accurately - Inspect raw materials prior to cutting to ensure they meet quality standards - Monitor cutting output and conduct visual and dimensional quality checks throughout production - Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of cutting machines - Report equipment issues, material defects, or production inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with K3 regulations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering or other related field ・Conversational level of Japanese Proficiency ・Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating cutting machines with prior experience as Kenshusei or Jisshusei in Japan ・Able to read technical drawing and cutting pattern; and has basic understanding of material types ・Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
