Job Description
- Build rapport and obtain offers from existing customers/prospects and securing a deal - Monitor and develop sales strategies along with Regional Head to improve market share in all product lines - Manage Indonesian coal suppliers for our overseas marketing team. - Negotiate commercial price - Communicate with supplier and headquarters - Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets - Build new customer base to maximize sales - Project and interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies in achiving profit target - Comply with all government regulation and operational policies and procedures - Establish and maintaining relationship with existing/ new customer and partners - Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・Business English communication skills, Mandarin skill will be a plus ・At least 5 years work experience in Indonesian coal business ・In-depth knowledge in trading industry and shipping terms ・Strong business networking with coal suppliers ・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ・Able to work independetly with high level of dedication as well as team ・Willing to travel to remote area
