Job Description
- Understand client business processes, operational needs, and business challenges - Analyze business and IT system issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement - Design and propose suitable technology and system solutions aligned with business objectives - Participate in system implementation and business process improvement projects - Create project plans and timelines to ensure smooth project execution - Lead project activities and coordinate with project members to achieve successful project delivery - Collaborate closely with clients, internal consultants, and technical teams throughout project execution - Provide recommendations regarding technology best practices and business process optimization - Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and system analysis materials - Support clients in digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Computer Science from reputable university ・Business level of English ・Min. 3 years of experience as Business & System Analyst for ERP for SCM & CRM implementation in IT solutions with excellent industry information in Automotive, FMCG, or Multi finance sectors ・Strong analytical thinking, logical problem solving abilities, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
